Hospitality isn’t just a career for me—it’s in my blood. Raised in a family-run restaurant that has thrived for over 40 years, I grew up watching my parents, grandparents, and brother pour their passion into the industry. My father spent two decades behind the bar, my mother still runs the business, and my family's entrepreneurial spirit shaped my path.

I started my own journey in college, balancing two jobs—barbacking at a nightclub and washing dishes in a restaurant—learning the business from the ground up. After college, I worked my way through some of the best steakhouses in the industry, moving from expeditor to server before earning my spot behind the bar. It was there, under the guidance of an incredible mentor, that I discovered my true passion for mixology.

Returning home to my family’s restaurant, I took the lead behind the bar, crafting innovative menus and refining my skills. That experience led me to create NixologyNYC—a mobile bar service that brings the same care, creativity, and hospitality I grew up with to every event.

After more than a decade in the industry, I’ve found my calling: delivering not just drinks, but experiences that turn guests into friends.
